FAQ

diamond questions

Are your diamonds enhanced or treated?

All of our natural diamonds are gifts of nature – they are not color enhanced or treated in any way.

How can I tell if that your diamonds are authentic?

The authenticity and quality of all of our diamonds is certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and/or the world-renowned Stephen C. Hofer.

Do you provide certificates for your diamonds?

When you purchase from Tejani Bridal Jewelry, you will receive the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Certificate, and if available, a Stephen Hofer Report for your diamond.

How do I know your diamonds are not “blood diamonds?”

All diamonds manufactured and sold by Tejani Bridal Jewelry are guaranteed to be conflict-free. Each diamond has been processed through the Kimberly Process Certification Scheme jointly developed by the United Nations, governments, industry and civil society to stem the flow of conflict diamonds.

We provide our customers with access to the Kimberly Process Certification (KPC) for any diamond that we offer for sale – to the best of our knowledge we are the only diamond company in the world to do so.

Do you offer any guarantees for your diamonds?

We provide all of our customers with a Color and Origin Guarantee so that you know exactly what you are purchasing from Tejani Bridal Jewelry, as well as a Conflict-Free Diamond Guarantee so that you can rest assured that your purchase from Tejani Bridal Jewelry is 100% conflict-free.

What payment methods do you accept?

Tejani Bridal Jewelry accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) and wire transfer for diamonds valued less than $10,000 USD. For security reasons, only wire transfer payments are accepted for diamonds valued more than $10,000 USD. Please Contact Us to complete your diamond purchase via wire transfer.
