RETURN POLICY

Tejani.com will accept items for exchange or return, if the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 14 business days from the delivery date of your order. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal value.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON SALE ITEMS.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
  1. Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling Customer Service, 1-212-354-3144, Monday - Friday 9:30 - 5:30 EST or via email at info@tejani.com. We will not accept packages without an RMA number.
  3. Include the RMA number in the following return shipping address:

REPAIR POLICY

We will repair any design purchased through Tejani.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please call 1-212.354.3144  or email info@tejani.com and request a Repair Work Order (RWO) number.

To return an item for repair, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Obtain a Repair Work Order (RWO) number by calling Customer Service, 1-212.354.3144 Monday - Friday 9:30 - 5:30 EST or via email info@tejani.com. We will not accept packages without an RWO number.
  2. If your item is less than 1 year old, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise, be sure to have your Credit Card handy for repair charges.
  3. Pack your item.

SHIPPING POLICY

Tejani.com offers shipping via UPS and an authorized signature is required at time of delivery..
Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Currently, we only offer Free shipping to customers in the United States.
