I would like to personally thank you for the outstanding customer service Tejani demonstrated during my recent jewelry purchase. I was purchasing the jewelry to wear on the most important day of my life, my wedding day.

Choosing the jewelry I would wear on my wedding day was a difficult decision for me as I wanted the pieces to be perfect. You were so incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions (and there were many), and the two pieces of jewelry I ultimately decided on were exactly what I wanted…absolutely perfect!The main reason I am writing this letter is to praise you for going above and beyond your responsibility as a jewelry company. Unfortunately we encountered an unforeseen issue with customs on the pieces I originally decided on, which consequently caused the shipment to be sent back to the manufacturer in India. You kept a positive attitude throughout the delay and updated me every day on the status of the jewelry. When we determined the pieces were not going to make it in time, you literally packed your bag with other pieces and drove to them to me on the actual day of my wedding. It would’ve been very easy for a company to take the easy way out, but Tejani took this purchase very personal and made a promise to never let a customer down.

I cannot thank you enough for your commitment to your customers, nor can I possibly put into words how grateful I am for how you handled my situation. In all of my years as both a professional in a consumer products field as well as a consumer dealing with retail on a regular basis, I have never encountered customer service as exceptional as I have with Tejani.
